What’s included in gift wrapping?
Each selected item is individually wrapped in green kraft paper and finished with our embossed gold seal. You can add an optional (complimentary) gift note as well.
How much does gift wrapping cost?
Gift wrapping costs $7 per item. You can choose which products to wrap.
Can I include a gift note?
Yes. You can add a free, optional printed gift note with your own message.
If you add multiple notes, we’ll leave their envelopes unsealed so you can read each message, match it to the right gift, and seal the envelopes yourself.
Can I change my gift options before checkout?
Yes. You can remove gift wrapping and add, edit, or remove gift notes in your cart anytime before placing your order.
Are prices shown on the packing slip?
No. Prices are left off the packing slip for gift-wrapped orders.
Can I send a gift directly to the recipient?
Yes. Enter the recipient’s name and shipping address at checkout. For gifts going to different addresses, place a separate order for each address.
How is the wrapped gift shipped?
Your wrapped gift is packed inside plain, protective outer packaging, so it arrives ready to give without revealing what’s inside.
How can I tell which wrapped gift is which?
When you order more than one product, each wrapped item includes a QR code linking to its product page. Scan it with your phone’s camera to identify the gift without unwrapping it.
Will gift wrapping add time to my order?
We’ll get your gifts on their way as quickly as we can. Gift wrapping may add a little extra processing time, especially during sales and the busy holiday season.
If gift wrap shows up damaged, please reach out with a picture and order number and we will issue a refund for the gift wrap.
